Terms of Service
I, B. Zahn (here: shittheglitter) sell and deliver exclusively under the terms and conditions listed below. These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all offers and to all contracts concluded with me, insofar as the contracting parties have not agreed to changes in writing.
Conclusion of the contract / offer, application for the conclusion of a purchase contract:
The presentation of the products and articles in my online shop does not represent an offer to conclude a purchase contract, but merely an invitation to the customer to submit a purchase application himself. The customer has not yet submitted an offer by placing the product / article in the shopping cart. The products or articles can be removed from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Delete selection" button. Only by clicking on the "Order with obligation to pay" button does the customer make a binding offer for the articles and products in his shopping cart at this point in time. Immediately after receipt of the order in my online shop, the customer receives an automatically generated confirmation email that his order has been received. An acceptance of the customer's application to conclude a purchase contract does not come about through this confirmation e-mail.
Acceptance of the application to conclude the purchase contract:
The purchase contract becomes valid through its acceptance (separate order confirmation from the provider by email, but no later than upon delivery of the goods).
Delivery - Payment
Delivery only against prepayment by bank transfer, starting from € 10.00
A cash payment is only possible for personal pick-ups.
An invoice is enclosed with the shipment.
All product prices are final prices plus shipping costs. The fees include 7% or 19% sales tax, depending on the product.
For deliveries outside the EU, the buyer bears any applicable customs duties, import taxes and other charges.
In the event of default in payment, it is agreed that the goods will be released for further sale after 20 days after reservation.
Delivery delays:
I do not accept any liability for delays in delivery that are caused by legal or official orders (e.g. import and export restrictions) and/or for which I am not responsible. If the specified delivery time is extended, I will inform the buyer of this immediately.
Copyright and right of use:
Photos, images, graphics, texts and samples of our work are subject to copyright. Publication, duplication, distribution or imitation in any form are only permitted with my written consent.
Data protection:
In accordance with Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), I draw your attention to the fact that the data required for business transactions are processed and stored using a computer system in accordance with Section 33 (BDSG). Personal data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties (with the exception of the shipping company).
You have the right and the option of free information, correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data at any time. Please send your request by email to info@shittheglitter.com or by post to the address below.

Defects - complaints:
The customer must check the goods for completeness and intactness immediately upon receipt and immediately report any recognizable defects in writing. If a complaint is not made within 14 days of receipt by the customer, the delivery is deemed to be in accordance with the contract, unless the deviation was not recognizable despite careful examination. On delivery, recognizable transport damage or shortages must be noted immediately with the shipping company.
I am not obliged to adhere to offers if the offer or a part of the offer obviously contains an error or typographical error.
Packaging ordinance:
In accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance, I am obliged to take back the packaging of my items that do not bear the symbol of a system of comprehensive disposal (e.g. 'Green Dot', Duales System Deutschland AG or 'RESY') free of charge and to ensure that it is reused or disposed of .
Please contact me regarding the return of unmarked packaging so that I can inform you of free collection points in your area.
If this is not possible, you can return the packaging to me free of charge. (Germany only)
I reuse all packaging or dispose of it in accordance with the packaging regulations
